Is offline use possible?

No, KMHunter requires an active internet connection for all features.

Is there a 64-bit version?

Currently only 32-bit Windows is supported.

Our devices exclusively utilize 32-bit J2534 DLLs, providing little incentive for us to develop a 64-bit version.

Additionally, maintaining both versions could create confusion for customers, as the J2534 interface would appear non-functional when using the incorrect architecture.

Do you support Linux or macOS?

No, but KMHunter functions properly in virtualized Windows environments with internet connectivity.

Can I use the same account for multiple devices/software instances?

No. Each separate PC or individual software instance requires a unique account registered with a distinct product key.

You may easily migrate your account-link from one device/instance to another at any time.

Please note that this account reattachment is subject to weekly limitations. Intentional circumvention of this restrictions constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension.

Do you offer bulk licensing?

Yes, bulk licensing is available upon request. All bulk-purchased keys must be activated within a specified timeframe (primarily for automotive repair businesses).

Reselling is prohibited. However, we welcome inquiries regarding partnership opportunities for authorized distribution.

How long is my data stored? Can I request data deletion?

Standard operational logs and intermediate data are typically retained for no more than several months.

Account information and credentials are maintained for the duration of your account's active status and a reasonable period thereafter.

We reserve the right to retain payment information received from third-party processors indefinitely for legal compliance and analytical purposes.

The collection of usage statistics, error/crash reports, IP addresses (for security and rate-limiting purposes), and device connection histories is standard practice. This data is routinely purged as it becomes obsolete.

Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) may be collected and stored indefinitely for service optimization and security purposes.

Data deletion requests may be submitted to our support team. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, certain data may be retained when required for service operation, security measures (such as ban lists), or compliance with legal obligations (including cooperation with law enforcement regarding stolen vehicle databases).
